Finding the rhythm for the next decade

It is not just about looking back with nostalgia but recognising the movement we have built, with a view of the next decade of growth, both personally and professionally, for every woman.

What to do with the progress achieved

Natalie Mpele, Head of Sales at Santam Heavy Haulage, challenged attendees to reflect, find their rhythm, keep transforming, and help others do the same, so future generations walk into rooms and see themselves reflected there.

Authenticity over perfection

Melanie van Straaten, Head of Business at Castrol Southern Africa, delivered the headline address on a decade of fuelling the journey for women in mobility. Success is not about being perfect, it is about being authentic.

Confidence as currency

The milestone panel, ‘A decade later: did we drive the change, or did the road change us,’ brought together where is became clear confidence is a currency, earning respect and credibility across all industries.

Presenters that reached their own pinnacle of success in the industry provided motivation for those striving to reach the same accomplishments. The highly anticipated lifestyle presentation provided vital tips in becoming well-rounded, successful women on the path to success in the automotive mobility industry.

The panel discussion on ‘The Ecosystem of Sustainable Mobility: Connecting, Collaborating, and Conquering,’ provide new perspectives of the future, challenges and opportunities and sustainability and empowerment within the mobility sector. This is along with several other important topics. We appreciated the enthusiastic participation at ‘Women with Drive – ALIVE!’ and your contribution to the valuable discussions.
