Women with Drive – ARRIVE!

This year’s theme, ‘Women with Drive – ARRIVE,” is representative of the years spent thriving, living authentically, striving toward goals, and feeling fully alive. In 2025 it is about ARRIVAL – the moment when hard work meets opportunity, when dreams become reality, and when women step confidently into their destined spaces.

Women with Drive – ARRIVE centres on the concept of ‘arrival’ – celebrating women who have reached significant milestones and leadership positions in what is a traditionally male-dominated industries. It is a ‘pinnacle of success’ theme that positions attendees as accomplished professionals who have overcome industry barriers and achieved notable career heights.

Several presentations empowered the audience to reach their own personal best. Presenters that reached their own pinnacle of success in the industry provided motivation for those striving to reach the same accomplishments. The highly anticipated lifestyle presentation provided vital tips in becoming well-rounded, successful women on the path to success in the automotive mobility industry.

The panel discussion on ‘The Ecosystem of Sustainable Mobility: Connecting, Collaborating, and Conquering,’ provide new perspectives of the future, challenges and opportunities and sustainability and empowerment within the mobility sector. This is along with several other important topics. We appreciated the enthusiastic participation at ‘Women with Drive – ALIVE!’ and your contribution to the valuable discussions.
